When Boisdale decided to launch a new magazine, they wanted to create something which reflected the company’s sophistication and passion for the finer things in life such as food and drink, music, whisky and a good debate. We set to work creating the concept for a magazine any coffee table would be proud of.
We decided on an illustrated front cover for every issue, which would set the scene for the discussions of the great and good on the polemics of the day, as well as all things gourmand. The editorial is displayed in a simple and refined layout, letting the content speak for itself. We also added a few quirky touches and witty illustrations to reinforce the unique humour, warmth and style of the Boisdale brand.
